Placing an Order

We are pleased to accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards for Venasmart, Ltd. orders.

After placing an order you will receive an email notification to the email address you provided, confirming that we received your order. A Venasmart customer service expert reviews and handles every order. The order confirmation email you receive does not confirm your order is being fulfilled and shipped. Once your order is fulfilled and on its way, we will send you a shipment confirmation email to confirm. If we cannot fulfill your order for some reason, a Venasmart customer service expert will contact you.

To cancel or modify your order, please contact us within one hour after placing your order. You may email us at After the hour window passes, we cannot guarantee your order will be modified or cancelled.


We happily ship our products to customers across the United States via USPS and internationnaly via DHL. Orders placed Monday through Thursday (excluding holidays) will ship the next business day, provided the items are in stock. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship on Mondays. Standard shipping generally arrives in 3 to 5 business days. USPS Priority Mail Express is guaranteed 1 day shipping (unless it’s in a specified 2 day delivery zone). The 1 or 2 day guarantee does not apply to orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Please see the USPS website for more information.

Your happiness is our highest priority. A 30-day money-back guarantee is offered on all Venasmart products (excluding compression stockings). If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return your mostly full products within 30 days of the order date to ensure a refund (excluding shipping charges). If you redeemed a complimentary promotional item with purchase, please be aware that this item will need to be returned along with the other returned items.

Only products purchased on may be returned for a refund or exchange. We cannot accept items purchased from another retail store location for an exchange or refund. We also cannot accept empty jars or nearly empty jars for refund or exchange.

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved for a refund, we will issue the refund back to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days upon receiving the return shipment. We will also send an email confirmation confirming the details of your refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service for returning your items as we don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We apologize if you have received items that may have been damaged during transit. Please save the damaged box and product(s) and immediately contact us upon receiving the damaged items.

We will gladly ship our products to customers across the world via USPS and DHL. If USPS or DHL does not deliver to your location, or if we cannot fulfill your order for some reason*, a Venasmart Customer Service Expert will contact you. International USPS shipping rates will apply to all international shipments. International orders shipped via DHL that are placed Monday through Thursday will ship the next business day.Orders shipped via DHL placed Friday through Sunday will ship on Tuesdays.

Please be aware that shipping charges do not include international customs or duties. All applicable taxes and duties will be paid by the customer and are due to the carrier. Contact the customs office in your destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes.
