Returns and Exchanges

We want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied. We offer a money back refund on all unworn products that are returned within 14 days of purchase in their original packaging.

In case you are not 100% satisfied after wearing or using any of our compression stockings within 14 days of purchase, we will gladly exchange them or provide you with store credit. All worn products must be laundered prior to returning.

Snags, runs, tears, or holes can develop in our stockings as it can in other similar products. We recommended that compression stockings be replaced every 3-4 months as the compression can break down with normal wear and care/washing. These such occurrences are not considered as defects and will not qualify for a return or exchange. However, if you feel that a snag, tear or hole is the result of a manufacturer's defect, please let us know right away! We take pride in our compression stockings and quality issues are taken seriously and we would like to know if you come across any of these issues. We promise we will do our best to make sure the matter is resolved.

Return/Exchange Process

If your order qualifies for a return or exchange, simply call us at 1(855)508-2028, email us at info@venasmart.com. If emailing us, please provide your reason for the return and how you would like your concern to be resolved. If you're approved, we will send you a return authorization number to write on your package or insert via note when returning your purchase. Any orders that are returned without a return authorization number will be subject to a 20% Restocking Fee.

Customers are responsible for all return shipment charges. In order to avoid lost packages Venasmart recommends that you use a shipping carrier that uses tracking, such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. For all exchange orders, Venasmart will ship the exchanged stockings back to the customer free of charge.

Please be sure to note your Return Authorization Number with your returned stockings. If your approved, we'll refund your account for the full product value minus your original order's shipping charges. Please allow 5-7 days to receive your refund.
Any orders that are returned without a return authorization number will be subject to a 20% Restocking Fee.
